Booking Policy All consultations and services must be booked in advance through our website or approved booking channels. Down payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment. Once booked, you will receive a confirmation with your scheduled date and time. Appointments are offered on a first-come, first-served basis and are reserved specifically for you. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance may be rescheduled to a future date, subject to availability. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or failure to attend the appointment, are considered a no-show and are non-refundable. In cases of genuine emergencies, rescheduling may be considered at the sole discretion of Astrologer Naresh. Late Arrival Policy Please arrive on time for your scheduled session. If you are more than 10 minutes late, the session may be shortened or canceled to respect other bookings, with no refund or reschedule guaranteed. Waitlist Policy If a service time is fully booked, you may join the waitlist. Should a spot become available, you will be notified in the order requests were received.
