Refund Policy

At Jai Maa Bhawani Astrology, all services are provided with care, sincerity, and respect for each individual. Due to the personalized and spiritual nature of astrology consultations, the following refund policy applies.

No Refund Policy

All payments for astrology readings, consultations, and spiritual services are non-refundable once the service has been delivered. Each session requires dedicated time, preparation, and spiritual focus.

Rescheduling

Clients may request to reschedule an appointment in accordance with our Booking & Cancellation Policy. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability.

No-Shows

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show. No refunds or rescheduling will be provided in such cases.

Service Interruptions

In the rare event that Jai Maa Bhawani Astrology is unable to provide a scheduled service due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

Digital & Online Services

All online consultations, digital readings, and spiritual services are final and non-refundable once delivered.

Dispute Resolution

If you believe there has been an error with your booking or payment, please contact us promptly so we may review the matter fairly.
